Impulse Project was formed by Sam Robinson and Marvin Bowser. Both Robinson and Bowser had performed in the band, Dangerous "a tribute to Michael Jackson." After the band dissolved, Bowser and Robinson went their separate ways only to meet again with the forming of the band, Chocolate Cracker.
Robinson and Bowser had a desire to get away from the everyday boring bar band scene, and to do a variety band with songs that people loved to dance to, with more than three cords. So, they branched off and started Impulse Project.
After auditioning a number of musicians, they came up with a chemistry and style you're sure to enjoy. Impulse Project emphasizes the skill and pleasure that a live band with talented musicians can bring with a twist on different arrangements of Pop 40 hits.
